We collect only what we need to detail your vehicle and talk with you about it.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, the service address, vehicle details, notes you give us, messages and photos you send, and payment confirmations. We do not store card numbers — payments happen inside Cash App or Chime.

How we use it

To schedule and perform your service, send confirmations, reminders, receipts and replies, and occasionally a reminder that your vehicle is due. We never sell or rent your information.

Photos

Photos you send are stripped of location data when uploaded. Before-and-after photos of your vehicle are only shown publicly with your permission and never show plates or faces.

Your private links

Emails we send contain private links to your bookings. They expire, and you can ask us to turn them all off at any time.

Deleting your data

Message us and we'll delete your records, except anything we must keep for tax purposes.
