Detailing is full of words that sound impressive and mean nothing. Below is what each service actually does to your vehicle, what it costs, and — just as importantly — what it does not do.
How the price is worked out
There is no mystery to it. Three things move the number, and you control all three:
- Which service you pickAn exterior wash takes two hours. A full correction takes most of a day.
- How big your vehicle isA Suburban has roughly forty percent more surface than a Civic. It takes forty percent longer.
- How much work it needsA car detailed three months ago is a different job from one that has never been done. We ask you to tell us honestly, and we take you at your word.
That is the whole formula. Travel is free within 15 miles of Stillwater and shown separately beyond that. There is no shop fee, no supply fee, and no surprise at the end.
Package
The Refresh
Exterior only, done properly
This is not a drive-through car wash. Everything is washed by hand, one panel at a time, with clean water and fresh towels so nothing gets dragged across your paint. Your car leaves clean, dry, and streak-free — but the paint itself is not corrected or polished.
What is included
- Hand wash, two-bucket method
- Wheels, barrels and tires cleaned
- Tire dressing applied
- Door jambs wiped down
- All exterior glass cleaned
- Hand dried with plush towels
- Spray sealant for short-term protection
What it does not include
- Interior cleaning
- Paint polishing or swirl removal
- Long-term paint protection
Rises to $260 for the largest, dirtiest vehicles
Time on site: about 2 hours for a sedan, longer for bigger or rougher vehicles.
Best for: A clean daily driver that just needs to look sharp again

Interior Detail
Everything inside, deep cleaned
A full reset of the inside of your vehicle. Seats, carpets and mats are shampooed and extracted, not just vacuumed. Every vent, seam, cupholder and crevice gets cleaned out. This is the one that fixes smells, stains and years of daily-driver buildup.
What is included
- Full vacuum including under seats and in seat rails
- Carpets and cloth seats shampooed and hot-water extracted
- Leather cleaned and conditioned
- All plastics, vinyl and trim cleaned
- Vents, cupholders, console and crevices detailed
- Interior glass cleaned streak-free
- Door jambs and sills wiped
What it does not include
- Any exterior work
- Permanent stain or burn removal (we get what comes out)

Best for: Kids, pets, food spills, work trucks, or a car you are about to sell

The Full Detail
Inside and out — our most-booked service
The Refresh and the Interior Detail together, plus a proper wax. This is what most people actually mean when they say "I want my car detailed." Your vehicle is clean everywhere a person can see or touch, inside and out.

- Everything in the Interior Detail
- Bug and tar removal
- Hand-applied wax, roughly 3 months of protection
- Exterior trim cleaned and dressed
- Final walkaround with you before we leave
What it does not include
- Swirl mark or scratch removal (that is The Elite)

Time on site: about 4 hours for a sedan, longer for bigger or rougher vehicles.
Best for: Most people. If you are unsure which to pick, pick this one.

The Elite
Full detail plus real paint work
Everything in The Full Detail, then we actually fix the paint. Clay bar pulls out embedded grit you can feel but not see, then a machine polish removes the fine swirls and haze that make paint look dull. Finished with a sealant that lasts about six months, not six weeks.

- Iron and fallout decontamination
- Clay bar treatment — paint becomes glass-smooth
- Single-stage machine polish, removes most light swirls
- 6-month paint sealant
- Headlights cleaned and sealed
- Engine bay cleaned and dressed
What it does not include
- Deep scratch removal (needs a multi-stage correction — ask us)
- Ceramic coating
Rises to $680 for the largest, dirtiest vehicles
Time on site: about 6 hours 30 min for a sedan, longer for bigger or rougher vehicles.
Best for: Dark or black paint, a car you love, or one you are selling at the top of the market

Ceramic Coating
Years of protection — quoted individually
A ceramic coating is a liquid glass layer that chemically bonds to your paint and protects it for years instead of months. It only works if the paint underneath is corrected first, which is why this is never a fixed price — it depends entirely on the condition of your paint. We look at the vehicle first, then quote it.
What is included
- Full paint correction to the level your paint needs
- Multi-year ceramic coating, professionally applied
- Coated wheels, glass and trim available
- Written maintenance plan so the coating actually lasts
What it does not include
- Nothing — this is the top of the menu
Coatings are only as good as the paint underneath them, so we look at the vehicle before quoting. That inspection is free and takes about twenty minutes.
Optional extras
Add-ons
Add any of these to any package. Prices marked with a plus scale with vehicle size.
Heavy pet hair removal
Hair woven into carpet and cloth needs specialty tools and real time. Add this if your dog rides with you.
Odor elimination treatment
Kills smoke, pet and mildew odor at the source instead of covering it with a scent.
Headlight restoration
Cloudy yellow headlights sanded, polished and sealed clear. Safety upgrade as much as a looks upgrade.
Engine bay cleaning
Degreased, rinsed safely and dressed. Makes a real difference at resale and at trade-in.
Fabric and carpet protectant
An invisible barrier so the next spill sits on top instead of soaking in. Lasts about a year.
Leather deep clean and condition
Beyond the standard wipe — pulls dirt out of the grain and re-feeds the hide so it stops cracking.
Upgrade to 12-month paint sealant
Replaces the wax with a synthetic sealant that survives Oklahoma summers and winter road salt.
Exterior trim restoration
Faded gray plastic trim brought back to black and sealed.

Condition
Detailed or deep cleaned within the last few months. Normal dust and light dirt.
Regular use. Some crumbs, dust, road film. Nothing dramatic.
Pet hair, kid mess, stains, or it has been a year or more. Be honest here — it costs you nothing extra to tell us the truth.
Heavy pet hair, smoke, mold, spills that sat, or a work vehicle that has never been done. We have seen worse. We will confirm your price by text before we start.
